Located on Maroondah Highway just out of Buxton township, on Healesville side, they are opposite the Buxton Silver Gum Nature Conservation Reserve. The owners have extensive views looking towards the Blue Range and Marysville.
The owners purchased this property over 2 years ago and have been maintaining the large country garden of five acres.
This garden presents like a park with extensive number of very mature trees providing welcome shade in the summer.
With natives and European trees, there is a kaleidoscope of colour during Autumn.
There is a large dam with jetty, camping hut and fire, much loved chickens providing eggs on a regular basis and large expanse of lawns.
The previous owners will be on site during the weekend to provide background information of the garden and identification of the mature trees.
The owner’s son is a junior of the Buxton CFA who are supporting this open garden providing gate keepers and cooking up a BBQ of delicious sausages.
